SUPPLEMENTS: Add 10% between 15th Dec and 15th Jan, and
all Public Holiday weekends.
BOOKING: A 50% deposit is required to confirm any booking,
which should be sent with the booking voucher. The balance
is due prior to arrival.
DEPARTURE: Visitors are requested to depart by 10 a.m.
on the final day unless by prior arrangement.
CANCELLATIONS: Within 30 to 15 days notice - 20% of total
cost will be charged. Within 14 to 2 days notice - 40%
of total cost will be charged.
Less than 48 hours notice - the total cost will be charged.
INSURANCE: All visitors must ensure they are adequately
covered by their own comprehensive medical and travel insurance
policies. Whilst
every possible precaution is taken to ensure guests comfort and
safety at all times,
Malewa Bush Ventures Ltd. and its management
cannot accept responsibility for any accident, injury, illness,
or loss of any kind whatsoever whilst in the Conservancy area.
